I’m afraid the ETA is still unclear :frowning:

The thing is that we’ve channelled a fair share of our efforts to our dashboard reconstruction in order to optimize and modernize it. We expect to get back to new apps development next year for sure.

We currently don’t have the Slack Chat widget on our shortlist, but we’re actively gathering feedback to see how popular this request becomes.

If it gets more votes, we’ll try to consider this request in the future :slight_smile:

I absolutely understand your desire to use this app, and I’m really sorry that I don’t have any news to share at this point :disappointed:

However, could you please describe your use case and how you envision the Slack widget working? That would be really helpful!

I can give you one.

We use Slack to land all of our leads, and our sales team is also there, so if we can get a live channel with a timeout in case they contact us and we are out of hours, we would be able to set a sales agent to reach those in a timely manner. Increasing our speed to lead.

It looks like this has been on the wishlist going back as far as at least July of 2021… Any chance work is being done on this? What’s the likelihood of this widget being added? If not likely, we need to look at another solution that would allow us to tie into Slack. This is super important for my business (at least). :folded_hands:

I’ll be honest — this widget isn’t currently on our roadmap, so it won’t be released in the near future :disappointed_face:

We receive a lot of suggestions and requests, and we prioritize them based on factors like popularity and complexity. At the moment, we’re focused on other high-priority requests (which you can find under In-Progress tag), so the request date isn’t the main deciding factor here.

That said, it doesn’t mean other ideas are being overlooked — it’s all about prioritization. Thank you for your understanding! :folded_hands:t2:
