Why is the Elfsight logo still showing after I paid for a membership?

Does anyone know the answer to this? I created a free widget but the paid for a membership. The Elfsight logo is still on the widget.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? I tried reinstalling the code on my site, but that didn’t help.

Thanks!

Hi, I had created a free widget but then upgraded to a membership. Do you know why the logo is still showing on my widget in my website?

Hi @Tina_Walderman, welcome to the Elfsight community! :waving_hand:t2:

Please don’t worry, I promise we’ll figure the issue out

I’ve checked your account and see that the payment went through so everything’s fine here.

Could you please send me a link to the page where you installed the widget? I’ll check which account the widget is associated with to make sure there’s no mistake at this level

Hi Helga,

Thank you for your quick response!

I am making the page on Tekmatix, it’s not published yet. I don’t know if you’ll need my login?

Let me know and I can send it if you need.

Thanks,
~Tina

Got it, Tina! Can you then send me the widget’s installation code so I can see what account it belongs to? I’ll edit your message afterwards so no one sees this info

Hi Helga,

Do you mean this/

~Tina

Exactly, thank you!

Here’s the thing: the widget you sent is Testimonials Slider, but the subscription you made is for Instagram Feed app. With the way our service works, a separate app goes with a separate subscription, that’s why your Instagram Feed widget has no logo whilst the Testimonials Slider widget does.

I have a couple of suggestions for you

  1. If you don’t need the Instagram Feed subscription, you’re welcome to switch it to the Testimonials Slider one, this article will show you the way: Switching your subscription to another app - Elfsight Help Center
  2. If you need to use both widgets, you could upgrade your current subscription to any Pack plan and get access to all 97 apps right away. This article will help you do that: Upgrading to All Apps Pack from Single App - Elfsight Help Center

Let me know if it sounds good for you, or if you have any other questions!

Hi Helga,

Thank you for letting me know. I thought our membership included 3 widgets and not just the IG Feed one?

If so, should I delete the current free Testimonials Widget and then make a new Testimonials Widget as #2 of the 3 total widgets included in our membership?

Thanks,
~Tina

Not exactly, this is how it works: if you subscribe for, let’s say, Instagram Feed app, you can create 3 different Instagram Feed widgets (with different settings/appearance/etc.)

But if you need to use another app as well (Testimonials Slider in your case), a separate subscription for the Testimonials Slider app will be required. That said, if you’d like to use two separate apps, two separate subscriptions are required.

Let me know if you have any other questions

Oh, I see. Thank you for clarifying!

~Tina
