Website Review #9: Strengths and Opportunities for Pros PM

Pros PM, run by @Kali1 immediately gives the impression of a professional and experienced property management company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The design is clean and structured, with a consistent turquoise brand color and a logical layout. Navigation is straightforward, but a few adjustments could make the site even more effective at guiding visitors.

What’s working well?

The site has several elements that work especially well and here’s what caught our eye:

Warm hero section

The headline “Focused on community. Obsessed with your success.” is personal and authentic rather than a generic corporate slogan.

A background video with real people adds human touch, and the two main CTA buttons immediately guide owners and renters to the right areas:

Numbers that convince

The 754 properties, 20+ years, $195M in assets section highlights the company’s scale and credibility.

Exact numbers communicate reliability more effectively than vague statements like “we’re market leaders”:

Clear audience paths

The site clearly addresses both property owners and renters. Navigation is also separated: Owners, Residents, Available Properties, ensuring each visitor can quickly find what’s relevant.

Google reviews with real names

The block “Don’t Believe Us? See What Others Are Saying!” displays a carousel of 248 Google reviews with real names and avatars.

The Review us on Google button further demonstrates confidence in service quality:

Local expertise highlighted

The section “Your Local DFW Experts” mentions Denton, Dallas, Tarrant, and Collin County, showing the company knows the local market — a key factor for property owners:

Accessible contact info

The footer includes a full address, two phone numbers (office and 24-hour maintenance line), email, and social media links. A 24-hour maintenance line is especially reassuring for property owners:

What Could Be Improved?

A few areas could be refined to make the site even better. Here’s what we noticed:

Text-heavy sections

Some sections, like Why Partner with Pros PM?, How Do We Strengthen Your Rental’s Profitability?, and Your Local DFW Experts, contain longer blocks of text. Most visitors skim rather than read in detail:

[!tip]
Condense each section to 2–3 short sentences.

Key points could be highlighted visually with icons, cards, or quotes. For example: “In-house maintenance team,” “Transparent monthly statements,” “No hidden fees.”

Tenant screening section details

The How Do We Find Exceptional Residents? section has a lot of detail about the screening process. While the information is valuable, a concise summary with a clear call-to-action could help visitors quickly grasp the main message.

[!tip]
Keep 1–2 sentences with a CTA like “Learn more about our process” and move the full details to a dedicated page.

Decision-making support

Visitors comparing services might benefit from additional guidance to make decisions more confidently.

[!tip]
Consider adding an FAQ, highlighting the Free Rental Report, showing a visual process, or including a DIY vs Pros PM comparison to clarify benefits.

Subscription form clarity

The “Follow for New Listings” form at the bottom could be more intuitive for visitors:

[!tip]
Move it closer to See Available Listings, or rephrase for owners as “Receive a monthly DFW rental market report.”

Adding specific success stories

The site features strong metrics and reviews, but could benefit from concrete case studies.

[!tip]
Include 2–3 short examples showing property type, location, challenge, and result. Cards between sections could make these stories more visible.

CTA buttons clarity

Some buttons, such as “How Much Money Can You Save With Us?”, could be more explicit about what happens after a click:

[!tip]
Make buttons clear and actionable: “Calculate Management Cost,” “Get Free Estimate,” “Schedule a Call.”

How do Elfsight widgets perform?

We also looked at how Elfsight widgets are used across the site. The setup is solid, and it’s great to see the tools working together seamlessly.

Number Counter

Highlighting important figures, the Number Counter adds both clarity and visual appeal to the homepage.

Google Reviews

The Google Reviews carousel puts genuine customer voices front and center, making the site feel reliable and trustworthy.

Instagram Feed

The Instagram Feed carousel adds a lively, personal touch by showing moments from the company’s life helping visitors feel more connected.

Final thoughts

Pros PM is a strong website with a clear hero, solid metrics, and authentic reviews. A few small adjustments could make the site even easier to navigate and more effective at converting visitors.

Thank you so much for the review- it’s so helpful! I actually added another widget on a page today to show price comparisons between local competitors and us. Pricing & Fees for Owners & Investors — Pros PM - Property Management

Wow, love seeing another widget on your site! I truly like your Pricing Table — super clean, fits right in, and really shows off what makes your company stand out. Nice job, @Kali1 :+1:

I wonder how was the setup and installation? Was it smooth, or did you run into any difficulties at the start?

I thought it was super simple to use. I did stumble a bit finding the hide price option, but that was certainly a “me” issue.

I have found that in Squarespace, widgets perform best in their own section. When coupled with other blocks, they can make the spacing a little funky. But that’s not a real issue and a very easy workaround.

Fantastic, many thanks for sharing your feedback with us, we really appreciate your involvement!

If you face any difficulties or maybe any questions come up, feel free to let us know. We’ll be more than happy to help you
