Use widget's greeting message as a dynamic announcement space

I would like to set up multiple messages or have the bot pull information dynamically from an external file or feed. The goal is to have the widget automatically display announcements like, “Hey, by the way, we have some new updates to share!” and fetch the latest news for our visitors without manual edits.

Same feature would be appreciated in other chat widgets like the WhatsApp chat widget.
