It is super frustrating to have a limit of only 3 projects. The whole reason I was excited about projects was for the organization of widgets I’m already paying for… so making me pay for more folders for those already paid-for widgets feels like I’m being double-charged. If you’re planning to add extensively to what those projects are and features available that might make sense, but for essentially a simple shareable folder to cost extra, that seems excessive.

We’re sorry to hear that the current project limits aren’t meeting your needs.
When designing the project logic, we thought that allowing 3 projects for 9 available widgets would be a good balance. However, I agree that this setup doesn’t quite work for Pack plans, and I’m really sorry we didn’t consider this use case more carefully.
We’ll try to think on how we can optimize project limits to make sure users at every level get the most out of our service.
