I’m using “Projects” in my Elfsight account so that my clients can manage their content directly in the Elfsight UI.
I thought we were allowed ONE client per project
How come I cannot add my client in the Rosalie project? I have this message
“Member Limit Reached
You’ve reached your plan’s limit of 1 member. Upgrade to a higher plan to add more members.” This is nonsense - what the point of having “project” if we cannot add at least one client per project?
Please advise
I see you’ve shared one project with a member, and the second project should be shared with someone else, right?
If that’s the case, on the Pro plan, you’re only able to invite one collaborator to your account, whether they’re an Account Member or a Project Member:
You might be wondering why you need 3 projects on the Pro plan if you can only share them with one person. It could be useful if one or two projecst needs to be private for the widget owner, and the rest project(s) can be shared with your collaborator
