TripAdvisor Reviews aren't found

I’m trying to create a feedback widget for my website, but when I paste the url of my project on tripadvisor (Umai Travel (2025) - All You Need to Know BEFORE You Go (with Reviews & Photos)) it says “No reviews found. Please make sure the source is correct, that it has reviews and that filter settings do not exclude all the reviews.”

although I have reviews on the page

Can you tell me what’s wrong, is this a glitch?
