Please I don’t know how to create a trigger on WhatsApp. We have implemented WhatsApp Chatbot on our website but when people click on the button it takes them to WhatsApp but we want them to say hi so our auto response can kick in

I’m so sorry for such a late reply, but I’ll try my best to help 
You see, I have to explain that our WhatsApp Chat widget does redirect a user to the WhatsApp deb application, and it’s there where the chat takes place.
This way, when a user clicks on the button, they get to WhatsApp and only there they can send the message.
