The second day, the widget (Event Calendar) and the website (https://dash.elfsight.com/) work with problems (load 1 of 2 times, and if they load, then without pictures) 
Everything works with the VPN enabled.
Interest, there are no problems with the website https://community.elfsight.com/ 
Probably, It feels like the locks have started working. I just don’t know from whose side. Hopefully this can be resolved. Anyway, I’m letting you know about this 
Just to add an additional data point, no problems here from east or west coast USA. These were local checks, no VPN involved.

As Bob suggested, I’m afraid it could be a local conflict on your end, as no global issues were detected on our side

Yes, the website and widget also don’t load, but they work with VPN. I even wrote to our provider. They said that the resource is not blocked on their part. But I’m sure these are artificial locks.
I’m afraid it looks like an external block indeed. At least it works with a VPN
My efforts were not in vain. I have written the letters several times to Russian Federal Government agencies about the Elfsight… Maybe it’s not my fault, of course, but the widgets of site is now working in Russia

Did you get an official response that the block was removed, or did your widgets just start working?
The official answers were that they didn’t do it… but they’ll try to figure it out… 
And after 2 months, the widgets started working
