Multi language text and voice.
Would you mind sharing your vision of this app? Any additional info would be highly appreciated ![]()
A person or a company could welcome the website visitors explaining the use of the website, service, products.
For free users could just be a hello voice message.
Text should perform in all languages elfsight supplies its service.
Thus the voice should accompany the text language.

@Alexandros_Zeppos Please contact our affiliate manager @Olga. She’ll be happy to assist!
It would be great if we could embed an audio play button that read the text on the page out loud. This would make websites accessible as well as be great for blogs, articles, news announcements, etc…
Hi there @Paper_Wax_Co ![]()
Such a request is already available in the Wishlist. I’ve moved your comment to the discussion where we’ll keep you updated ![]()
Howdy!
I wholly support the creation of this widget. However, its purpose needs to be clearly – and carefully – defined.
Our company would like a text-to-speech (or text-to-audio) widget that can read our news/blog articles and convert them to audio (mp3) files that can be played with a customizable audio player and installed anywhere on our site using a shortcode.
Also, the widget needs to be compatible with GTranslate, WPML, and other popular language translation plugins in order to satisfy our international website visitors. And last, means must be provided so the widget (audio content) is not cached by common caching plugins.
Note: To see the above in action, please visit this page and check out the text-to-speech (audio) player used. We’re looking for an alternate plugin (i.e., widget) ![]()
Thank you!
Hi there, @Petar_Dietrich ![]()
Thanks a lot for the feedback and sharing the example!
Is the player on your website a part of the Text to Voice app? Or did you use a text to voice converter and then uploaded the voice into a separate player?
Hey @Max,
We create the language files using ChatGPT and the GPT Reader and Transcriber Extension. Afterwards we convert the language files to audio files (mp3), upload them to our website, then manage them via the Text-to-Speech and Text-to-Speech Pro plugins.
We are not satisifed with the plugins nor the support provided, so we’re looking for an alternate, well-supported tool that is more automated and meets our criteria without breaking the bank.
Does this help?
Cheerio!
Got it, thanks for clarification ![]()
