I’m having some trouble with adding reviews to an all-in-one reviews widget. For Amazon and eBay, I’m getting the error “We’re currently doing some technical updates. Your reviews are in line to be collected. Once we’re done, they’ll appear in your widget.”
Is there a timescale for these “technical updates” as I added these feeds a week ago?

The issue is fixed, and the reviews have been collected!
Please check your widget and let me know if it’s fine now 
It has pulled in the reviews, but the Amazon feed doesn’t seem to update - a new 5* review from Sep 20th still isn’t showing (as well as a 5* Etsy review from today - Sep 23rd). Should these be appearing quicker? The Google reviews show up immediately, but these other platforms seem to get stuck without syncing properly.

The new reviews don’t appear in our widgets right away because of the cache. The cache time for all our Reviews is 72 hours and the latest Amazon review should be collected quite soon.
As for the Etsy review, it should be pulled within 72 hours. If the cache time is over and the new reviews still didn’t appear, please let me know. I’ll be happy to look into this for you
