Google reviews in all in one are not displaying

  • Issue description:
    I just paid the basic plan for all in one reviews and my google reviews still not showing. It’s only displaying one. I’ve made sure all the settings were right. Can somebody please help?

The new reviews aren’t showing up in your widget right away because of the cache. Our widget uses a cache system to make everything load faster and reduce the server load. So the reviews are updated every 72 hours.

If it’s been more than 72 hours and the new reviews still didn’t appear, please let me know. I’ll be delighted to help :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi Max! Thanks for responding. It has not been 72hrs. I just signed up and started using right away. Did I need to purchase a plan for that, or could the free one have worked just the same with a lower traction website?

The automatic review collection works for free plans too, so you don’t need to subscribe to the paid plan to make it work.

The latest review, which isn’t displayed in the widget, was published 11 hours ago:

This review should appear in the widget within 72 hours, since the moment it was published. However, if this period is over and the review still didn’t show up, please let me know. I’ll be happy to look into this :slightly_smiling_face:
