To create a Portfolio Page in Carousel Design, we can use List Section Carousel then connect it with Portfolio Page. Follow these steps.
#1. First, edit a page > Add a Section
#2. Choose People > Choose Section with (i) icon
#3. Hover Section > Click EDIT CONTENT
#4. At Design > Choose Carousel , and disable the option: Show Adjacent Slides
#5. At Content , click Title
#6. Enter this format
{sync=/portfolio-page-url-slug}
(see #7 to know how to find portfolio-page-url-slug)
In my example, I will enter: {sync=/work}
#7. To find portfolio-page-url-slug , you can hover on Portfolio Page > Click the Gear icon
and see URL Slug Field
#8. Install List Sync Plugin (Plugin will connect List Carousel with Portfolio Page).

#10. If buttons appears under Portfolio items, you can open List Carousel > Disable this option.
