Social Feed Wall Widget for multiple client sites

I am considering using the Social Feed Widget for multiple client sites, but don’t understand which subscription level I will need or if it will work for me. For example, if I have 5 clients, all with different social media accounts, different logins, etc., is there one subscription level that will allow me to use the Social Feed Wall Widget for multiple social media feeds and multiple accounts? Or… do I need different subscriptions for each individual client? Please advise.

Hi there, @user19107

If you’re managing your clients’ widgets yourself, one subscription should be enough.

The subscription plan you choose will depend on how many widgets you need. For example, if you need one Social Feed widget for each of your clients, the Social Feed Pro Plan would be the best option for you [1]:

With the Social Feed Pro plan, you can create up to 9 Social Feed widgets. It also gives you a total of 50,000 views per month across all your widgets (not 50,000 views per widget). For more information on how our view system works, feel free to check out this article :slightly_smiling_face:

If you’re planning to stick around for the long term, we recommend choosing an annual plan, as it’s 17% cheaper than the monthly plans. Plus, if you choose an annual plan, the 50% Black Friday discount will be applied automatically at checkout!

To sum it up, the Social Feed Pro annual plan is likely your best option right now. However, if you need more widgets or views in the future, you can easily upgrade to a higher plan.

By the way, if you upgrade your plan during our Black Friday Sale, you have a great chance to win 1 FREE YEAR by participating in our Giveaway - BF 2024 Giveaway: Win 1 YEAR of Free Usage (10 Winners) + guaranteed month! :gift:

Check the details and join in

  1. 1 widget can be installed to the unlimited number of websites. However, if a client wants to show different social feeds on different website, he’ll need several widgets. Thus, if the total number of widgets for all customers exceeds 9, you’ll need a higher plan ↩︎

@user19107 And if you have any questions left, we’ll be more than happy to advise

So just to clarify, if at this point I am only using the Social Feed Wall for 2 different clients, both with different Social Media logins, I could subscribe to the Pro plan for a year and this one plan will work for both clients. Is this correct?

Also what would the price be after the first year?

@user19107 Could you please clarify how many widgets each of your clients? 1 widget per client, am I right?

All I want to use is the Social Feed Wall on each site so I guess that is 1 per client.

In this case, Social Feed Basic annual plan is the best choice for you:

With this plan, you can create up to 3 Social Feed widgets with a total of 5,000 views per month for all Social Feed widgets. This plan will work for both clients :slightly_smiling_face:

If you subscribe now, you’ll receive a 50% discount for Black Friday, meaning you’ll pay half the price. We hold our Black Friday Sale every year, so if you renew your subscription during this period next year, the price should be the same (if the Black Friday terms remain the same and there won’t be changes in pricing).

I am going to subscribe today but one last question. You are saying I can use this for for 3 social feeds (more if I go up to Pro), does this include only one login to manage the widgets, whereas, I maintain it or are other logins allowed for the same account so the clients themselves can manage on their own?

This subscription will belong to a single account, so both clients will use the same login credentials. As a result, they’ll have access to all the widgets in the account, which might not be ideal.

To let your clients manage only their own widgets, you have two options:

  • Create separate accounts and subscriptions for each client.

  • Use one account, create a project for each client, and share it with them.

After sharing a project with your clients, they’ll be able to edit widgets within their project only. You can create and share projects starting with the Pro plans only:

To sum up, with the 1st option, you’ll need 2 separate accounts with the Social Feed Basic plan for each account.

With the 2nd option, you’ll need only 1 account with the Social Feed pro plan. Let me know if this explains things :slightly_smiling_face:
