Can the chat show the top instead of the bottom? This way, a customer is seeing what they need to read first and can scroll down. Rather than having to scroll up to start reading. It would be better like this, because it’s more intuitive for the user.
Basically, we should help the user see the start of the message first.
When a user asks a question and the assistant replies, the chat jumps to the end of the response.
The user has to scroll up to see the beginning and read the full answer.
