As a website developer, it would be nice if I could control the placement of any widget. I want the Chatbot on the right-hand side bottom of the page, but I need it to be about 100px higher in placement as it sits over top of my “return to top” button. Being able to accurately control positioning would be a nice feature.

I am glad to say that this option is already available in the widget. You can flexibly adjust the widget’s position in the Placement & Layout section on the Settings tab:
The offset sliders increase values up to 100 px. If you’d like to set a greater offset, you can manually input a desired value:
