This isn’t an issue with my installation, because I can observe it in my Chatbot on the Elfsight configuration page too.
It concerns the icon that gets displayed at the bottom of the Agent’s chat box when it replies. And this icon is to indicate to the user that they need to scroll down to see the rest of the Agent’s chat. The UI/UX issue is that this icon does not automatically display, it only displays when the user clicks into the Agent’s chat section (it might also show up if the user scrolls, haven’t tried that) - but the problem is that the user can be staring at the screen (I have) wondering if the snippet of visible chat is all that the Agent has responded with - only if the user takes an action to find out, can he tell. Be nice if this could be corrected please.
I can post a screenshot, but it’s easily reproduceable.
