I desire a proactive, conversational AI ‘front desk’ assistant—not just trained on information, but dedicated to guiding people through the many things we’ve built on our websites. It should quickly assess each person’s needs, follow or expand on scripts we provide, and then share tailored links to the services that fit best. I have many courses, webinars, products, and services designed for different emotional needs and life situations. I would give the photo widget an AI feature.
Well, what should it do? That depends on which AI model is used.
I would choose one with AI face swapping technology.
I would fill the photo gallery with the before images. The user can upload their own, and the AI ​​does the rest. A download function for the after image wouldn’t be absolutely necessary for me, but sending the generated image to the admin would be.

A user could type a quick description of their desired content along with simple inputs you’d have included for goal, audience and style. The Ai would then generate complete creative.

Slider Example:

User enters desired # of slides or could be say 6 slides max - Ai would produce finished slides with headlines, subtext, images and call-to-action button and the user could select whichever slides to add to final slider along with CTA.

Banner Example:

The Ai would ask user to enter the # of variations or the widget could have a max # per output and the user would select the banner designs they prefer and it would populate inside the widget then user would select final banner and connect it to a CTA.

Post Feed Example:

Could also be a powerful social media assistant allowing for immediate or scheduled posts straight inside of the chosen social channel or a toggle to create posts for each of the social channels connected to the widget for quick upload to each channel.

Explanation: Let businesses generate 1-100s of events instantly, whether they want new & unique events or only need to find a format.

Example: An owner of a Bar wants to get more business coming in so they think of hosting events at their location but they’re super busy to be creative so they use Elfsight’s AI Event Calendar Generator and they write: “I am a owner of a bar where people drink & eat generate me 2 events I can do that is related or creates traction to my business. My Address: *1234 St NY* Host: Peter Parker, Colors Grey & Red, Business Name: TAOI’S BAR. Time: 5pm to 8pm”. *Result Below*

2. Generate events with a URL link

Explanation: After seeing the AI Chatbot’s ability to learn from a URL Link, I saw this feature’s potential to generate events for a calendar.

Example: Let’s say you have a business partner & in a new partnership agreement, you will help host events with their company, share revenue, responsibilities, management, etc. Seeing that they have a calendar on their website, you should also show the events on your website, now that you are partners. So you find Elfsight’s Event Calendar Widget, but you’re not experienced with Elfsight’s widgets or how the dashboard works, but then you see an AI Feature, and all you have to do is give the AI a link, and it will generate events? They’ll join Elfsight immediately!

Why Should Event Calendar Have An AI Feature?

Explanation: After researching Elfsight’s AI-Powered Widgets, such as Forms, Popups, Blogs, reviews (AI-Summary), and AI Chatbot, I asked myself which widget naturally deserves an AI upgrade. Using the “not-far-fetched” rule (as @Max suggested), I checked Elfsight’s Best Sellers, and the answer was clear: the Event Calendar. It’s a perfect fit for an AI-Powered feature, because calendars require frequent, ongoing updates that AI could simplify and speed up.

Also, when researching, I understood Elfsight’s AI works with the widgets settings, such as a Form Builder, it uses the fields format in the system to create new ones. Elfsight’s AI isn’t meant to create some new settings, it simplifies and organizes content faster and easier for customers, so to me Event Calendar is the perfect fit for an AI Feature.

Event Calendar is one of Elfsight’s Best Sellers for a reason: unlike an AI chatbot, blog, or form, an Event Calendar must be updated continuously for as long as a business hosts events. Other widgets (like restaurant menus or blogs) are updated occasionally by choice, but customers who choose the Event Calendar are likely committing to running events for years, and they need the fastest, simplest ways to add, edit, and promote those events, which makes an AI-powered Event Calendar feature not just convenient, but transformational.

So that is why I strongly believe that an Elfsight AI Event Calendar Generator Feature should be made!

Note: This is my first time entering a contest, I’ve seen other contents but I felt like it was a gamble and don’t think I have a chance at winning so I didn’t bother, but this one really stuck out to me because I feel like the community has a lot of awesome ideas and concepts so we are more willing to try and come up with the best ideas! Proposed Feature: Human Escalation via SMS Integration

After the chatbot’s initial interaction, it can ask:
“Would you like more help from a live support rep?”

• If the user selects this option, the system sends an SMS notification to the assigned support rep.
• The rep can reply directly from their phone, with personal details such as their cell number kept private.
• The chat UI clearly signals the switch from AI responses to human replies—for example, by displaying the rep’s display name (e.g., “Joe is now assisting you”) along with visual badges or color cues.
• In addition to the prompt, a permanent quick-link option can appear at the bottom of the chat UI box, so the user always has a visible way to request human assistance.

If no rep responds within a set time, the chatbot informs the user that live support is unavailable.

Admin Controls:

• In the chatbot control panel, admins can set each rep’s cell number, configurable display name, working hours, and “Do Not Disturb” hours.
• Primary and backup SMS numbers can be reordered easily, with the chosen display names (e.g., “Joe,” “Maria”) shown to users in the chat interface and in transcripts.
• During DND hours, the system automatically skips that rep and tries the next available contact. If no reps are available within the schedule, the live support option is hidden from the user.

I would like an AI chatbot to be a central desk which can act like a receptionist, search everything on the website from documents, timings, images, blogs, and videos. And if anything is not found, it’ll ask the people if it can connect to WhatsApp or on a call. It should be able to take voice and image inputs and should be able to give voice outputs.

I’m personally a huge fan of the Google Review Widget, and it would be amazing to make it even more powerful with AI integration. When people leave a review, AI could automatically generate responses, potentially using snippets or templates to ensure the replies are crafted in the right tone and style and are ready to go. Of course, there should be an option for review and approval, so I could receive an email or notification via AI letting me know that new reviews are ready along with the suggested responses, which I can then finalize and post.

That seems like a fantastic enhancement to this already amazing Google Review Widget.
