The forms widget solved so many issues for us. Our big challenge was forms that are never received. This widget has given us about a 99% receiving rate for our clients. (New clients may have to whitelist the elfsight sending address).

Additionally the forms are exceptionally easy to build. The floating ā€œcontact usā€ button in the bottom right corner along with a ā€œslide outā€ form is a huge win.

At Kallen Web Design we develop and maintain websites for clients all across the USA. They are primarily smaller businesses that do not want to have to worry about their websites, and we (along with this form builder) make it easy for them. It is cool, it is solid in functionality, and it just works to fill a very important need.

As for any features missing, this widget is very full featured. I think we only take advantage of about half the features, but the ai form builder, conditional fields, and multi page forms are also there if we ever needed them.

Hey there @Hugh

We are flattered that you find our Forms apps both easy to use and helpful in solving business issues!

Itā€™s also truly great that youā€™re making the most of the AI Form Generator, conditional fields, and multistep forms, and weā€™re delighted that youā€™re enjoying using them.

Thanks a million for such a thought-out comment and the contributions youā€™ve made to our Community ā€” it means the world to us

Which Elfsight widget(s) is your absolute must-have?
The Instagram Social Feed!

What is your business area, and what tasks does this widget help you solve?
I do front end web design and adding this feature to my clients website makes it easy for them to display images on the home page or even use the social feed as a standalone gallery where they have control. I also love how responsive it is and it updates and displays reels. I have not done my research but this is the best feed for me.

What features are currently missing that youā€™d really love to see in your widget?
The Instagram feed is a huge one for me, with that being saidā€¦ This widget should have unlimited views  #nolimit

Happy Friday!

Having to pick one is tough, but Iā€™m going with Store Locator, which is super powerful and super easy to use.

What is your business area, and what tasks does this widget help you solve?
Iā€™m using it a bit out of the norm, perhaps, but I needed a way to show transit riders where they can purchase bus fare - Fares - Niagara Region Transit, and this solution has been very well received. The fact that it pulls the businees hours automagically is just icing on the cake!

What features are currently missing that youā€™d really love to see in your widget?
It would be a nice addition to have a filter option, so in my case, to filter by city (with collapsed sections); I think that would make this lengthy list a bit more tidy. But as it stands for now this has been a game changer on our site.

Which Elfsight widget(s) is your absolute must-have?
The Facebook Social Feed!

What is your business area, and what tasks does this widget help you solve?
I make sites for clients with WordPress. Even though we can write articles in the CMS, they donā€™t always have the time and already use Facebook. The ā€œFacebook social feedā€ makes it possible to display all the latest news in an elegant way, and itā€™s visible without leaving the site - even for those who donā€™t have a Facebook account!

What features are currently missing that youā€™d really love to see in your widget?
I try to make eco-designed websites, with a minimum of resources. So Iā€™d like to be able to integrate the Google Business rating with just an image (which would be updated once a week) and an outgoing link to all the reviews.

Event Calendar. Itā€™s really cool widget that has no analogues in WordPress plugins even. I like it!

What is your business area, and what tasks does this widget help you solve?
I have the e-store in musical area. And I have a small hobby - game-quizzes. I decided to create a single center on the social network with the Schedule of all quizzes in our city. And the widget helped me create a convenient and useful schedule. I hope that later I will expand the list of events beyond game-quizzes. But this is only in the plans for now.

What features are currently missing that youā€™d really love to see in your widget?
I really want this widget to develop. And I have already proposed several ideas on the forum. I hope my tips will be taken into account.

For example:
About avatar in Layout ā€œMonthā€

Make it easierā€¦

ā€œStart the week on Mondayā€

Etc.

Q1: Which Elfsight widget(s) is your absolute must-have?
A1: My absolute must-have Elfsight widget is the event calendar.

Q2: What is your business area, and what tasks does this widget help you solve?
A2: I work as a graphic designer at a world-renowned Music Park. We host the annual Suwannee Hulaween Music Festival, which attracts over 30,000 people, making it our biggest music festival. Additionally, we organize several festivals in the spring and have live music events every weekend in our iconic music hall. As the graphic designer, it is my responsibility to create marketing graphics, design wristbands, posters, and ensure that the public is well-informed about the dates of these events. The event calendar widget provided by Elfsight is a valuable tool that helps me organize and display the event information on our website, making it convenient for visitors to know when the events will take place.

Q3: What features are currently missing that youā€™d really love to see in your widget?
A3: One feature that I would really love to see in the event calendar widget is more layout options. Having a greater variety of layout options would allow me to customize the appearance of the calendar to better match the aesthetics of our website. Aside from that, I must say that Elfsightā€™s platform is already outstanding and has made my job as a graphic designer and website manager much easier. Since I started using Elfsight, my boss, the park owner, came into my office to express how our parkā€™s website has never looked this good. I am incredibly grateful to Elfsight for making this possible and for continually improving their platform.

Social sharing widgets and built-in feeds certainly provide a top-notch look for our projects. All evaluation and sales resources for e-commerce are also essential.

    E-commerce, institutional websites and infoproducts.

  • What features are currently missing that youā€™d really love to see in your widget?
I would love to see a roulette wheel for sweepstakes where you could determine the number of winners with an exclusive voucher for the winner.

I know it is not exactly what you are asking, but I have the full package subscription and there are so many good ones. I would say the widget I must have is actually the app editing dashboard. It is only there where I can edit necessary aspects of my website from any device anywhere. I donā€™t have to be on the right computer, nor do any FTP. The dashboard has come a long way over the years and it is the greatest feature of all! ā€¦but if I must choose, the Radio Player is what brought me to elfsight and it is the only one I have used the entire time, but so hard to choose really.

  • What is your business area, and what tasks does this widget help you solve?
I am in spiritual education, and aside from the ease already discussed these widgets have taken my websites to a new level. I am the only one building my websites and they make it look like I have a team, well thanks to elfsight I do.

  • What features are currently missing that youā€™d really love to see in your widget?
Sadly I am always thinking of new ways to expand, I am not too savvy with extra coding and css stuff however the more options and versatility the better. I am always thinking of unique ways to use some of the widgets in ways not quite intended and just yesterday I was editing the event calendar widget and wished there was some sort of ā€œadā€ feature inside of it to promote other areas of business not on the calendar. So sure, I made an event for it and made it repeat every month but I was hoping it could have no date and maybe randomize settingā€¦ or even a limit to how many times an event shows up, without having to end the repetition. Say I have an event every week, but I donā€™t want it to croud up the calendar and make it harder to find the monthly events. Mayde each event could have the ā€œonly show two events in the futureā€ while others can have a different setting.

Otherwise, I love the new features for event calendar. Also thank you for hearing my request for the sales notification widget, I only found it the other day. Thank You!

  1. The All-In-One-Reviews widget is our favorite, must-have widget :star_struck:

  2. Our company (Lodgeur) is at the intersection of hospitality and multifamily real estate. It helps us create trust with prospective customers by showcasing the 1,500+ reviews weā€™ve received on different sites online, so that they book their property online with us (booking value can be thousands of dollars).

  3. Our one criticism, is that the widget as we originally configured it (to show review aggregate scores + testimonials) added up to 20 seconds to our page load time. We had to move the widget off our homepage and change the format. Perhaps thereā€™s some technical wizardry whereby the widget isnā€™t loading all the data, but just the average score (it can then upload the rest if clicked).

YouTube Gallery! Cinematic mode is minimalist and slick.

Instead of having to manually integrate new videos one by one and re-layout everything in Squarespaceā€¦ which constantly disrupts the layoutā€¦ Gallery refreshes automagically.

  • What is your business area, and what tasks does this widget help you solve?

Music Videos ā€¦I upload once YouTube and the Gallery widget automatically updates everything including stats to my web site.

  • What features are currently missing that youā€™d really love to see in your widget?

a) Integrate Banner Graphics from YouTube Channel.
b) Order Videos in Terms of Date uploaded (most recent first), Most Popular (Views), Most Engagement (Comments), Most Liked (Likes), Random (Shuffle) or Custom (Manual drag n-drop).
c) Add Vimeo support too like Squarespace!

Which Elfsight widget(s) is your absolute must-have?
Tumblr feed!

What is your business area, and what tasks does this widget help you solve?
Photography is my hobby/passion (not business), so is my photography website (Iā€™m a casual web-developer, too). Iā€™m using this Tumblr feed on my website (top page) to display my best photos selectively. Also, on a separate page, Iā€™m using another feed to show my latest Tumblr photos. By using the Tumblr feed, I donā€™t need to upload the same photos twice (on Tumblr and my website separately), which is quite a time and effort saver!

What features are currently missing that youā€™d really love to see in your widget?
Canā€™t really think of anything. This Tumblr feed is so prefect. Iā€™m just hoping that Tumblr and Elfsight will survive/thrive for many decades to come so that I can continue using this perfect pair on my photography website!

Currently, the YouTube Gallery widget is my must-have. My nonprofit client is constantly adding content to their YouTube playlists and using just one widget to share and display multiple playlists on their website is brilliantā€¦ a seamless integration of multimedia and quite professional while so affordable.

Iā€™m a freelance website developer, contracting with multiple nonprofits and small mom&pop businesses. We all love the range and functionality Elfsight widgets provide at their price points. I can keep all my clients organized in one account as well. Lots of social feed integrations like the YouTube Gallery, Facebook Feed for videos, and Instagram Feed quickly and beautifully slide into each web page design without headaches. Customization to match or complement my sites is so intuitive.

I find that the YouTube Gallery widget is darn near perfect! Especially since discovering the multiple playlists tabs display. [RESOLVED >>>] But one widget weā€™ve had some trouble with is the All In One Reviews where Facebook Reviews donā€™t load but Google Reviews do. I donā€™t know if this is a feature bug or what? A travel agency I work with would love to load up the Reviews widget with all of the helpful Facebook reviews from each of their agentsā€™ separate FB pages in one handy spot on the website, as well as the few Google reviews theyā€™ve received, but so far, weā€™ve not been able to swing that. Lots of worry circle waiting instead of published review serving.

Hi
My favorite widget is ā€œGoogle Reviewsā€ that I am using as testimonials for my website.

We are Engineering Consulting and Contracting company.

Unfortunately Reviews widget is not updating the Google Reviews after there are replies to previous comments. Still remains to be seen if new reviews will be automatically reflected through the widget.

Hello everyone!

Which Elfsight widget(s) is your absolute must-have?
We searched for quite some time for an good looking and good working audio player to our Shopify-site. The Elfsight Audio Player fulfilled both the aspects and is the ultimate Elfsight widget for us.

What is your business area, and what tasks does this widget help you solve?
We are a christian publishing corporation and needed a tool to promote our music- and speechproducts.

What features are currently missing that youā€™d really love to see in your widget?

  • We would like to see more flexible options to sort the audio files.
  • Also we have been thinking, would it in some usage cases be good to have the option to arrange the files in groups (albums)? For exampleā€¦

Album A

  • File 1
  • File 2
  • File 3

Album 2

  • FIle 1
  • File 2

and so on. The Album could be collapsable so that one doesnā€™t have to see all the individual files at once, but instead he/she would see the album names / covers / description. After opening the album the individual files would be shown.

Have a nice day
