Send email notifications only when someone actually writes questions (not uses Quick Replies)

We currently receive email notifications of each interaction. 98% are just directly using the prompt questions we have; and we don’t really need to see those interactions.
However 2% are genuine / unique questions / comments that we want to see.
It would be great to have an option where we only get email notification when someone actually writes a questions themselves, or asks a unique follow up question.
Hope you could make this happen & reduce the email notifications.
