Send Chat Transcripts Only When Contact Info Is Provided

We need a setting that would allow sending transcripts to our email only when someone left their contact information.

Just a suggestion — I believe having more information available, including more of your chat logs, is always better.

Why not continue receiving all logs from the chatbot as you do now, and set up an email filter to move logs without contact information into a subfolder?

You can ignore them for now, but they might prove invaluable later for diagnosing chatbot response issues, even if they aren’t useful for customer follow-up.
