I’ve been using this tool for some time, on several pages of my website, but in Google search the “schema markup” is not appearing, informing the reviews and stars. Can someone help me?

I see that my colleague Dasha has already replied to your request in a support ticket. As she said, Google tends to ignore most snippets for homepages. So, if our widget is added to a homepage, the stars won’t display in the search results.
We are really sorry for it, yet as such behavior is Google-related, there’s nothing we can do to change the situation.
