Schedule Issues with the Spinning Wheel

  • **Schedule the START & END time for the spinning-wheel is not working. **
    At the moment I have them on “hide”, because they are instant live on the websites.

Let me know, if this is a bug - or how to fix it?

Hi Max, by accident I found out, that the counter of the Spinning Wheel is counting, even if it is not active, because of schedule!

Am I right or wrong, I though the counter of the usage is only counting, when the Spinning Wheel or other POP up is not active.

The day I bought it, it was 3/TOTAL
Today it went up to 76/TOTAL
I did a test on ingocnito browser and I had a 77/TOTAL

Could you please check this for me?

Yes, you are right! Although the widget isn’t displayed on the page, you have its installation code on the page. So, every time the page is loaded, the widget’s installation code is loaded too and it’s counted as 1 view.

To clearify, the only possibilty is to activate (hide/show) the widget, shortly before it is scheduled, to avoid counting.
F.e. if the spinning wheel is used for Halloween on 30./31. October and an other version is use during BLACK week starting at the 25. Nov. to 2.12.- it makes more sense to me activating (hide/show) the widgets like one week before/and after the event is happening.
