why wont the recent reviews load in the widget?

Hi there and welcome to the Community, @Asa 
The new reviews don’t appear in the widget right away because of the cache. Our app uses a cache system to make everything load faster and reduce the server load. So the reviews are updated every 72 hours.
If it’s been more than 72 hours and the new review still didn’t appear, just let me know. I’ll be happy to look into this for you
