Currently new users see an open chat that exists prior to the 10 minute (but it seems longer to me!!!) no-activity time out period. I think the app should be reset when the user leaves the page the Chat app is on.

I’ve just noticed you discussed this issue in the chat with my colleague Daria. Do I get it right that you’ve managed to resolve it?

So, I’m a bit confused about how the app actually works.
As I said I have it deployed in my webapp on the Help page, and I’m seeing that any user of the app sees anyone’s chat with the app.
I also, as a test, installed the app on a webpage outside of the webapp, and still saw the same user chats.
So, what triggers a new session?

You’ve shared a credential from your account with us. Could you please try to send a message from a different account and we’ll check if this session is displayed in the account you’ve shared with us?
