Set a custom chat inactivity period

Allow to set a custom inactivity period for the chat, after which the conversation automatically restarts without requiring the visitor to click “Start new chat.”

Currently, the minimum available inactivity period is 5 minutes, but it would be useful to allow shorter intervals, such as 2 minutes.
