You may already know this, but you may be able to accomplish what you want with the Form Builder (minus an algorithm.) It has a a conditional logic feature that allows you to show differnt questions, information etc, depending on how someone answers a question. (I just noticed how old this post is. Oh well. Maybe it could still help someone )

Quizzes would be a powerful way to gamify/assess/award users of a platform.
- True/False
- Multiple Choice
- Select the correct image
- Multiple Selection
Correct/Incorrect feedback.
Allow 1 try or multiple tries.
Submissions/results sent to email option.
Able to see collective results with a global results/dashboard
