How to I do that without inputting my email or number or contact information where is chat and what I’ll have to do or go to to be able to provide chat to message directly

I wanted to explain that any of our Chat widgets is basically an interface that connects your website to the corresponding chat app. When users click “Start Chat”, they’re redirected to the chat app to continue the conversation.
For the widget to work as intended, you will need to enter your mobile number or other account identification info for the clients to be redirected to the right account to chat with. I hope this makes sense
