Implement the functionality to chat with the customers in the widget without a browser popup window asking to redirect to another app. It’s not what people expect and most people dont want to deal with this and will not use the service.

I completely understand your point and agree that having chat directly in the widget would enhance our app. If more users upvote this idea, we’ll try to consider this opportunity in the future ![]()
