Question and Answer not Working Correctly

  • Issue description: The Question and Answer, “Help me find an engagement activity,” does not provide an accurate answer or follow the rules I set. It was working previously, but now it’s either only responding with the “What do my survey results mean?” answer or adding that response after the appropriate answer.

    I have removed the Q&As and rules wrote them again and it’s still causing issues.

I’ve talked to the devs and here’s what I’ve got. The Q&A section wasn’t originally designed for a strict question-and-answer format. It’s just one of the training methods available.

If you want the bot to give a word-to-word answer to a specific question, it’s better to handle this via Conversation Rules. We’ve added this prompt to your Conversation Rule:

If the user asks "Help me find an engagement activity" or expresses the same intent, respond exactly:

"I can help with that! What engagement topic would you like the activity to explore (e.g., communication, recognition, belonging, trust)?"

Do not suggest activities yet. First ask the user to choose or describe the engagement topic.
