To get the most accurate responses, it’s important to train the bot properly using available methods like Web Pages, Training Files, Q&A, Text Blocks, and Agent Instructions:


I’ve reviewed your widget and noticed that you’ve trained your bot with 4 entries in the Q&A section. As I understand it, you want the chatbot to use the exact same answers from the Q&A.

The Q&A section wasn’t originally designed for a strict question-and-answer format. It’s just one of the training methods available. However, if you want the bot to provide word-for-word replies, you can add this prompt in the Agent Instructions:

If the user’s question exactly matches or closely resembles a “Question” entry from the knowledge base, provide the corresponding “Answer” verbatim from the knowledge base.

I also noticed that some of the questions in the Q&A section seem a bit complex. For example, instead of asking, “I just need fleet tracking. How do I get started with that?” you could simplify it to “How do I get started with fleet tracking?”
