The [your-name] field doesn’t work with the notification email ‘Sender Name’. When you receive the notification, you simply see ‘[your-name]’ as the sender name. [your-name] field works fine in the notification body.

Unfortunately, field IDs can’t be pulled to the Sender Name field at the moment. I am really sorry!
I agree that it would be really helpful to have this feature in our Forms, and I’ve moved your suggestion to the Wishlist. If this request gets more votes, we’ll try to consider it in the future
