you have limitation of not putting exactly the answers word for word
I’ve just talked to the devs and since the Q&A section wasn’t originally designed for a strict question-and-answer format, it’s impossible to make the bot use word-for-word answers consistently.
However, this is quite a popular request from our users and we do have plans to consider adding it as a skill option in the future.
