It would be very convenient if the chatbot could display something like a product card with a description and image when a product is requested, so customers could see it right away.

Friends, while we don’t have a built-in option to add product cards, you can add product images to your training files. To simplify this process, you can add a phrase like this to the Instructions:
“If asked about a specific product, or if you think a product fits the user’s request, show it in this format: name, image, link, description.”
Note: The phrase can be changed based on your specific use case
