Hi There i got a problem that the answer in the setting envoirment (elfsight) are correct and on my website it give me other enswers and most of them are wrong and not the same as in Elfsight?? How is that possible?? And how to react correct as in the backend?

At first glance it seems like such an issue could be caused by not publishing the changes. Could you please check if the Publish button is clickable right now?
If all the changes are published and the issue is still present, please provide the following:
- A direct link to the webpage with the widget.
- An example of the request to the Chatbot.
- The wrong and the right answer (can be screenshots).
It would really help me a lot to get to the bottom of this
