We are a dog grooming company. It would be helpful to have a widget where people can choose from say enter their dogs breed (scrolling through choice), then enter the weight of dog (again scrolling through choices maybe in increments of 10 pounds, then are asked the type of service they want, Bath, mini groom or full groom. Once completed the system can give a starting or base price for their pet.
