I want to create an intake form at the beginning of my course or coaching program, and then I would like the customer to re-submit the same form during the middle of the program and then again at the end. I would like them to be able to visually compare the results from the forms submitted at different times. Is there any way to link a form like this so that I can help customers track progress throughout a course or coaching program like this?

As far as I see, you’ve created 3 separate forms for the first, middle and final stages.
You’d like not only to receive the form submissions, but send these submissions to the users as well, am I right. So, after completing the first form, the user will receive the submission of this form only.
Once the 2nd form is submitted, users will receive their submission of the 2nd form and the results of the 1st form.
And finally, users will get the submissions of the 3 forms. Is that correct?
