Pop Up/Mailchimp integration Issues

  • Issue description:

I had a pop up working fine, seems to have stopped working some months ago at some point. Wen’t in the mailchinmp integration wasn’t working. Disconnected both sites, reconnected. But now when I go to map fields, both 1. the email form input is never available from the from to map, and B the email field in mailchimp also isn’t showing up.

Any ideas? My onoly thought, as it seems other just text boxes and fields can be set, is that the email field isn’t being pulled from mailchimp for some reason, and because elfsight doesn’t see somewhere to parse an email to, it won’t let you select it?

Either way, any help greatly appreaciated!

The thing is that the inputs from the Email field are automatically pulled, and you don’t need to manually set them up. This is why, they don’t appear in the Field Mapping section.

Could you please check it out and let me know if the submitted emails appear in your Mailchimp account?
