- **Issue description: I’ve created a subscribe form for our mailchimp newsletter and set up the integration and mapped all the corresponding fields but when I submit info onto the form, it does not show up in my mailchimp contacts. I deleted the integration on both mailchimp end and elfsight end and redid it, still doesn’t show up. The data does show up when I download form submissions on ElfSight. Any ideas for what is going wrong?
How long does it take for new submissions to get added to your mailchimp audience? I am not seeing submissions even though it looks like the elfsight form and mailchimp integration is set up correctly and all the fields are mapped correctly. Thanks!

The submissions should appear there right away. Could you please send me a screenshot of the fields in your Mailchimp list?
No problem! Here are my mailchimp fields:
I updated them and they were showing up in the ElfSight integration in real time so I think the connection is working ok, just no submissions show up!
oh sorry I realized the list got cut off, I didnt screenshot the full country list but here are the remaining fields.
Any fields that show up on mailchimp but not on Elfsight are hidden fields on the form that we’re not actively collecting.
