Does anybody else have issues with the mailchimp integration for the contact form? Once I’ve connected mailchimp to my contact form and I try to map the fields, not all fields show up. For instance, the most important field, email address, doesn’t show up as a field that I can map either from elfsight or mailchimp, so maybe that’s automatic but I have lots of fields that aren’t being show to me from mailchimp so I can’t map them. Anybody else have this issue and know how to fix it? Dropdowns and checkboxes don’t show up either in the list.
You don’t need to add the Email field in the mapping settings, as this is required field for Mailchimp.
As for the dropdown fields, it seems that you haven’t added them in your Mailchimp account:

Actually there are two drop down fields in mailchimp, Country and State. As you can see from the screenshot you provided, the country is showing up, well one of them, one of them is marked as hidden in mailchimp because it’s an old field, so I don’t know why that one is showing up. The state field isn’t showing up, so there are fields from mailchimp that are not showing up. I’ve attached a screenshot so you can see that there are fields that are hidden, because they are old and will be deleted once I clean up the list. but that means first of all “State” isn’t showing up. and “Business Name” is only showing up once, so is it showing the one that is meant to be visible, or the hidden one, same with phone and phone number, and “what are you primarily looking for?”. they are hidden fields that aren’t being used.
I went through my mailchimp and deleted some old fields, renamed some other ones. It almost seems like the contact form integration has a limit on how many fields it imports from Mailchimp because some new mailchimp fields did show up after I my changes. However the State field is still missing completely in the list.
