Not all Facebook reviews are displayed

I see that your Facebook page has 5 reviews and all of them show up in the widget:

There is a chance the 6th review isn’t public and displayed only for you, since I can see only 5 public reviews on your page:

Only public reviews can be displayed in the widget, this is why the widget pulled only 5 reviews :slightly_smiling_face:

They have all always been set to public

Maybe it is in the settings on their end because I have hovered over the gear icon in the review and it says public, and when I hover over the world icon in the other reviews they say public as well so I am not sure what the issue is.

I’ve talked to the devs and this usually happens when the review author chose not to make their review public when posting it. That is why you can still see it as the page owner, while other visitors cannot, even if you have enabled all reviews to be public in your settings.

Since the widget can only pull fully public reviews, it shows just 5 reviews in this case. Unfortunately, there is no way to change this from our side.
