No confirmation message is recieved and dates are not blocked

I am not recieving any confirmation messages, also if a client picks a specific date, it keeps showing up as free for other visitors.

I’ve just tested the widget and everything worked fine on my end. Here is a video screencast showing that the reserved slot disappears from the schedule:


If the issue still persists on your side, please send me a video screencast showing that the reserved slot shows up after booking.

Regarding the missing confirmations, I’ve tried to replace your email address with mine, and the confirmation was successfully delivered to my inbox:

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue on your side:

  1. Double-check that your email address is entered correctly.

  2. Check your Spam folder. If any submissions are located there, mark them as “Not Spam.”

  3. Make sure that notifications@forms.elfsightmail.com is not blacklisted.

  4. Add another email address with a regular Gmail domain to the widget and check how it works.

Hi, I didnt recieve the notification….the emai is not blacklisted. Might be a bug? Saw similar threads with the same issue

Have you checked the Spam folder and tried to use a regular Gmail domain for testing? Could you please specify where you’ve tried to book slots: from the widget editor or from your website?
