[NEW WIDGET]: Say Hello to Calculator! πŸš€

I love this widget so much! Thank you!!!

I can use it fine for what I need, but I would love to see:

  • Place for the user to enter an email to use the calculator once. (As a teaser to get them to buy the paid version.)
  • The conditional logic to have not just the Fields but also Calculations
(for example, I only want to show Result C if Result B is greater than 100)
  • Dream wish would be for the user to have the option to enter an email address to send the results to.

Other than that, this have everything I want! THANK YOU!!!

Hi there, @Kate4

It’s a great pleasure to know that you enjoy the app! Thank you so much for your kind word

Regarding your suggestions:

1.I’ve added this suggestion to the Wishlist on your behalf - Email field for users to use the calculator once. Could you just clarify what should happen with the widget for users who already tried the calculator?

2-3. These ideas are already on the Wishlist. The good news is that "Send Results to email) feature is going to be released soon. Please upvote these request to not miss any updates:

This is great to hear! Sorry, I missed the Wishlist on here. When I’m gone for awhile from the community and then pop back in, I get confused where I should actually be looking/adding my feedback.

So, my ideal flow for the user would be is… they are required to enter their email address to see the calculator results. Results are then viewed and also emailed to them.

When they try to use this calculator again by entering the same email address, they are blocked from seeing the results and a message is displayed. (I would use this as a lead magnet to the paid subscription area with the beefier version of the calculator.)

Hope this makes sense! I used OutGrow for this exact feature for a long time, and it was fantastically effective!

I don’t really care if people enter fake email addresses and stuff. It’s whatever. Most people want the full functionality once they see how useful the baby version of the calculator is.

Hi there, @Kate4

I completely got your use case, thanks a lot for sharing the detail!

By the way, happy to say that the form feature is already available in our Calculator. Check this post for more details - Calculator: Send calculation results directly to email! πŸš€

It means that now, you can send the calculation results to email and make the email field required for submitting the form:

Conditional results and a limit for the same email usage are not supported yet, but we’ll have these ideas in mind and see for more feedback from the community on the Wishlist :slightly_smiling_face:
