i have the widget on my website but when people comment-it doesnt update to show them- how do i fix this

I’ve just tried to add a comment on your website and everything worked fine on my end (I’ve deleted the comment for now):
Could you please try to add a test comment and let me know if it’s been published? If the issue still persists, please send me a video screencast featuring the issue. We’ll be happy to look into this for you
