I had not yet replied to a review before the widget placed the review in my website. I have since replied to the review, yet the widget does not show my reply.

The new reviews/owner replies don’t appear in the widget right away because of the cache, which is 72 hours in our app.
Once the cache period is over, the widget will be updated and your reply will show up.
However, I totally understand your point regarding the instant updates and we already have request for the Refresh button. Feel free to upvote it here

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately there are a couple reviews that have been over 1 week and still have not refreshed to show the reply.
Any thoughts on how I can get those to show?

Sorry for the false alarm. Upon further review, it appears that the two reviews in question were not actually sent a reply. Thank you for your speedy response. Sorry to bother you with this.
