MS edge not showing Widgets with tracking prevention enabled

Hello,

A customer of ours was unable to see the Elfsight widgets on this page. We investigated the issue and discovered that Microsoft Edge has “Tracking Prevention” enabled by default. Not all of our customers may be aware of this setting.

Is there a workaround to bypass this and still have the widgets display correctly in Edge?

The customer was using the latest version of Edge, and we also tried clearing cookies (as suggested in another post), but that didn’t resolve the issue. However, disabling tracking prevention did get the widgets to load properly.

Thanks!

Hi there, @user1525 :waving_hand:

Apologies for all the inconvenience!

You’re right, after a recent Microsoft Edge update, the strict protection mode with the Tracking prevention was enabled by default.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing can be done with it and the only solution is to disable this setting. I am really sorry!

Please let me know if this clarifies things or if you have any questions left :slightly_smiling_face:
