Moderation option comments not available after Pro upgrade

Hello,

I have just upgraded my Elfsight Comments widget to the Pro plan ($12/month), but I still cannot find any option to enable manual comment moderation (approval before publishing).

Inside the widget editor, under:

  • Notifications

  • Settings

there is no option such as:

  • Require approval

  • Manual moderation

  • Pre-moderation

  • Publish after approval

I need comments to be reviewed and approved before they appear publicly on my website.

Could you please:

  1. Confirm that moderation is included in my current Pro plan?

  2. Tell me exactly where this option is located in the dashboard?

  3. Enable it for my widget if necessary?

Unfortunately, the pre-moderation mode is currently not supported in our app. I am really sorry!

However, we already have a request for this feature on the Wishlist and you can upvote it here - Pre-moderation mode.

If this idea gets more votes, we’ll try to consider it in the future updates :slightly_smiling_face:
