To my surprise, I just noticed that some fields are missing from the appointment booking module 
Currently, we have this:

Why didn’t the developers add these fields?
Also, why don’t we have conditional logic?

The Appointment Booking widget is missing only 3 fields compared to other Forms: Time, Date, and Label.
We considered Time and Date fields redundant, as you select them when booking (before the form even appears).
For the Label field, you can use the Heading option, and if necessary, we can adjust the font size to make it look like a label.
As for conditional logic, no one has requested this feature for the Appointment Booking widget before, which is why it hasn’t been added yet.
However, I’d be happy to discuss this possibility with you. Could you just share your use case and explain how conditional logic would help you?

Regarding the conditional logic, I don’t need it. I just wanted the Date field to allow, in my case, selecting a departure date, since the appointment scheduling module will be used to book a room. This would be a temporary solution while we wait for a possible hotel booking application.

Ah, I see! I’ve added this idea to the Wishlist on your behalf - Add date field to specify the departure
If more users also need the Date field for the Appointment Booking widget, we’ll try to think about it in the future updates
