The thing is that the Phone Number is a required field and there is no option to remove it from the widget.

We see that this option could be useful in some cases. I’ve moved your idea to the Wishlist and we’ll try to think it over in the future :slightly_smiling_face:

This is exactly what I’m looking for, custom fields for more information when a client chooses a time slot on the bookings App.

We are a service company so all our appointments are at the customers house so we need line items for the address and also a way for them to upload pictures of their yard

After choosing day and time and then inputting your information it would be great to ask the user for other information with text box and with multiple choice drop down.

I came here to request this feature, but I see it’s already been asked for!

I think this option would be very helpful. For example a service business who needs to attend a customers property, a box for “Address” is needed.

I’ve edited the “Name” field to be “Name and Address”, but a separate box would be great.

I totally agree with @Blake_DeWitt :+1:t2: I think it would be time now to change the status of this idea by marking it as Planned.

This appointment module still cannot be used to be able to book a room for several days without having to select the time.

Currently we can only book for a slot and not book for several days.

Hello, can we enhance the form by adding additional fields? For instance, include drop-down menus allowing clients to select from a list and add a button enabling them to add extra services.
