At the moment, unfortunately, it’s impossible to transform the Email into the Address field even with the Custom JS code.

However, the good news is that we’re currently working on the custom field implementation. Please upvote this request to receive a notification once the feature is released :slightly_smiling_face: - Add custom fields to the booking form
